Three of our East Texas Sales & Leadership Development Program (SLDP) Trainees had the opportunity to attend the All-Majors Career Fair at Stephen F. Austin University last month. This was our first time recruiting at this specific event and the team could not have asked for a better experience.
We were welcomed by the staff and had the opportunity to meet some truly exceptional students who seemed to resonate with what we’re doing here at National Wholesale Supply. It was great to see students across so many disciplines understand and show interest in the potential that our organization offers.
We left the event encouraged by the caliber of talent and excited about the connections we established. Investing in this generation will ensure that we continue to have high value trainees for years to come.
